Request to Waive Cancellation Charges
Dear Amazon Support Team,
We would like to request a review of the cancellation charges applied to our account for Order ID: 407-3698490-8814717. We had accepted the order, generated the shipping label, and received the tracking ID. Unfortunately, the customer cancelled the order after the dispatch process had already started from our side.
This was not a seller-initiated cancellation, and we had already taken steps to fulfill the order. The cancellation was beyond our control, and we request a one-time waiver of the charges applied.
We are a small seller committed to timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Kindly consider our request and help us reverse the cancellation charges.
