I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to the community to seek advice and assistance regarding a critical issue I am facing with my FBA inventory.

I sent a batch of products to Amazon FBA with an expiry date that is still valid for the next 4 months. However, my inventory has been marked as "Stranded Unfulfillable" due to alleged expiration issues.

I have been in contact with Amazon support, but unfortunately, I am receiving auto-generated responses that do not address my specific situation. I have explained the validity of the expiration date, yet the issue persists.

This situation is causing significant disruption to my business, and I am seeking guidance from fellow sellers who may have encountered a similar problem or have insights into resolving this matter.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with inventory being stranded for alleged expiration problems even though the products are well within the valid date range? If so, how were you able to resolve the matter?

Additionally, if any experienced sellers or Amazon representatives are present in this forum, I would greatly appreciate your advice on how to escalate this matter and get a more personalized response from Amazon support.
