I request immediate closure of my account and immediate refund. Despite the correct information provided, I am stuck in a verification loop, unable to reactivate my account. It seems that the automatic system is malfunctioning. Amazon has charged my account, and my attempts to contact support have been futile. This experience raises concerns about future cooperation. I am ready to stop selling on Amazon to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please resolve this issue immediately.

Are you sure all your verification documents are correct? Names and addresses must match exactly as to what you used to sign up with. You need a credit card on file, not a debit card.
Your account will not be closed if it's pending any resolutions. Do you have a notice regarding the deactivation?
