Cannot read Amazon Support team because of magic loops of AI bot. Where to get help?

I have an issue with creating varation.

I contacted support team. then I was trapped to a magic loop of AI bot. After wasting a lot of time, I finnally reached the human supporter. They told me to wait for them to check the issue. After several days, They contacted back to me. They said that they cannnot solve the issue. They are are supporters from "Advertizing team". They told me to create an other case to "Selling on Amazon" team.

The fact that when I created that case, I already sellected "Selling on Amazon" team. But it was passed to the "Advertizing team".

It was still ok. Then I created a new case to the "Selling on Amazon". I met an AI bot again. That bot told me that I need to ask "Advertizing team".

Question to Amazon:

1. Why "Advertizing team" does not pass this issue directly to "Selling on Amazon"?

2. How can I get out of this endless loop created by Amazon AI bot?

3. Amazon policy said that we should not create a dupplicate case, but the "Advertizing team"told me to create the another case ID for the same issue. So, does it mean they told me to break the Amazon policy ?

I'm sorry you are having issues with your variation. I think there may be a misunderstanding on behalf of Seller Support on the root of your issue. Can you please provide your most recent Case ID on this issue so I can troubleshoot further.

In general the Amazon Advertising Team and Seller Support are separate and can generally not create cases on your behalf. In general you can create a new case without issue, just not the same issue if the original is still open. Once you provide your details I will try to identify the appropriate escalation path. Thank you for your understanding.
