You're 100% right to be angry, but the "fake buyer" is just a ghost. The real problem is organized theft coming from inside Amazon's own logistics—specifically the ATS network.

Our deep dive confirms : this isn't random. ATS staff are exploiting the system with precision:

# They place fake orders to get products into their hands.

# They swap items mid-delivery and reseal packages.

# They master return fraud using known addresses.

Every "Wrong Item Returned" claim we lose isn't a buyer's mistake—it's a successful internal theft. We are paying for the stolen product, the fraudulent return, and the damage to our account health.

This isn't an oversight

It's a feature of a system that protects its internal operations at our expense.

The SYSTEM IS FULLY rigged against the genuine sellers, and we are funding our own losses.

Let’s call this what it is: a criminal enterprise operating under Amazon's protection.

The third-party ATS hubs, hired by Amazon insiders, are systematically robbing us. They steal our returns by the pallet, sell them for cash, and then log into the system to cover their tracks with fake data- CASE ID-10676143382

This isn't a loophole; it's their business model. And it’s why we can't get our money back.

Don't believe me? Look at the evidence Amazon itself has on file.

# Case ID 11298800832: 82 sellers from our area ,robbed by one hub.>>> (BOM07 to Nerul-Navi Mumbai local hub ) withholding returns at the final delivery hub and then liquidating the inventory.

#Case ID 10988159542: The same pattern of theft and cover-up.

" We gave Amazon proof. Not just theories, but staff IDs, scanner data, and proof of data manipulation for both cases"

Their response? "We're investigating with the concerned facility."

" They're asking the thieves to investigate the theft. Or is it just one set of thieves protecting another- AMAZON & ATS/FBA HUB STAFFS)

Amazon collects its fees on the transaction, and their contractors keep our stolen goods. It's a scripted delay designed to protect their partners in crime, not us. What a joke!

How long will Amazon let its own contractors bleed us dry while denying our claims based on fraudulent data?
