My Product has 5% GST and Amazon services (shipping, commissions etc) are 18% GST

The difference is the GST is kept with the government. Overtime, my 36 lakh rupees is with the govt. Any idea on how can we get that back? I know there is no return but only adjustments. also, i cannot sell any other product with 18% GST to balance that out.

Any smart way to adjust that amount?
