Lost most of my Best Sellers Rankings
Anyone else have any issues with Best Seller Rankings going away? We have at least 3 products that are top 25 sellers in the Xbox One headset category. I've confirmed correct product categorization and correct browse nodes. Yet, still no Best Sellers Rankings. And the reason I know they should be top 25 is that i do have some listings that are showing Best Sellers rankings, they are in the top 50, and they are selling significantly less than my products that sell enough to be in the top rankings. I've seen a few other related topics discussed previously and want to share those with you. You might try dropping a note in those threads to see if sellers jump in again.
There is also a Seller Central help article on Sales Rank FAQ which talks about the best seller badge.
Let me know if any of these provide you with insights.
