My brand is in a brand registry but another sellers are selling on my listing.
Hello! My brand is registred in Germany on dpma.de and was accepted in a brand registry. I sell in USA. That mean I’m not protected in USA, when another sellers are selling another product on my listing? I tried to report this infringement, but Amazon has done nothing. Please help. Thank you!

Unfortunately, being in brand registry does not mean you can control who sells on your listing.
Amazon will be the first to tell you that it is a free marketplace as long as the products that people are selling were obtain by legal means.
There are a lot of sellers who obtain products by illegal means and try to sell it on Amazon due to Amazon's extremely easy way to sell things. When this happens, the brand owner must be the one to signal that this is illegal so Amazon can remove these sellers.
Your brand is registered in Germany so Amazon cannot enforce a removal of USA sellers...even if what they are selling is just a copy (counterfeit).
