How to Correctly Upload an Installation Guide to Seller Product Listings
Hi everyone,
I've been wondering if anyone has figured out how to upload an installation guide to individual product listings. I have tried adding a live link to the user guide in the "Compliance Media" section under "Safety & Compliance." However, the manual never shows up on the live listing page. I have confirmed that the link is active and correct, and I have removed all wording in the guide itself that Amazon deems improper. Does anyone have any suggestions or know another way to add a guide to their listing? Thanks in advance!

I wanted to check in on your thread and see if you still required assistance uploading your installation guide to your listing?
If you have already worked with Selling Partner Support, I’d be happy to start investigating if you could provide me with the case ID.
