Account placed on Reserve no reason
I have been a seller for over 12 years. My account is in good standing and 240 account health. I ship my orders quickly and all of a sudden I don’t get my disbursement. No reason, no explanation and nobody responds to me.
I look in my payments and every dollar of revenue I make it’s being placed in reserve. Still, for the following disbursement dates, it says 0.00
Amazon, we pay you more than well and while they are still taking ALL their fees and getting paid by me, I am getting nothing.
Why?

I can definitely empathize!
Were you recently re-verified by chance?
I have been selling here for almost 15 years. I was always able to take a payment once a day, for all items that had shipped that day. Then, 2 1/2 years ago they needed to reverify me. When they did that, all of my funds started going to account level reserve. They are not released until the 8th business day after the last estimated delivery date (doesn't matter when the item was actually delivered). So, for example, the earnings for items I shipped on 4/23 became available for withdrawal yesterday 5/9. (Although they will also reduce the amount available for disbursement by the current day's shipping costs also - I still haven't been quite able to wrap my head around this)
Nice, huh? No, it's not. At all. I have tried multiple times and multiple ways to question this/get a better explanation/get any explanation at all, to no avail.
Best of luck to you!

Open a case with seller support and then post the case number here. Tag the mods in that post.
Hopefully they can get you an answer.

Please explain why my funds have been in reserve for over 4 weeks with a 0.00 balance. I have my account healthy, no chargebacks, no health violation on my policy etc.

if you recently had to submit anything related to your bank account, that could be the reason. It prevents fraud of course and it's a good thing, but 4 weeks is not normal

Standard policy for Amazon is to hold 2 weeks with of sales in an account level reserve; often for older sellers with a proven track record this policy was not enforced. It appears that with the recent changes caused but eh Inform Consumer's Act that Amazon has started to enforce the policy for everyone.
I do not like the policy for older accounts with proven sales history and feel this is another way Amazon can make money of 3P sellers; think about the interest $ if you kept everyones money for 2 weeks extra prior to paying them.

Double-check everything banking in your account. Make sure your credit-card wasn't reissued recently. This has happened to me and it was my credit card was recently reissued.

Hi @Seller_Mt6zZwbgvRian,
Thank you for utilizing the seller forums!
I understand you have questions regarding an account-level reserve.
Have you received a performance notification or e-mail which indicates a reason for the reserve? Do you have any deferred transactions? I can see those case IDs have been forwarded to the disbursement team. If that team does not reply, there could be that there is an unresolved issue on your account.
What was the date of your last disbursement?
Please feel free to reply further with any more relevant information you have, as the community and I want to support you.
All the best,
Stevie.

Good luck getting answers. I was placed on payment reserve last year during the Inform Act requirement with no warning or explanation. I've opened 6 cases with no response. I asked in the forums and had 3 reps say they would look into it and never got back to me. I tagged 9 more reps on my post asking for help. Nothing. I have been a seller for 8 years with no issues.

We had this issue and it turned out that they suspected us of dropshipping and we did not get paid for 30 days while in review. We were cleared. Would suggest to check your account performance notifications.

This happened to me last year in the 4th quarter. A critical time for sales. I was stuck in $0.00 proceeds and all Account Level Reserve for 10 WEEKS. I barely made it. Worst Christmas ever. Creating cases was a total waste of time. Moderators were of no help either. Most cases were transferred and never to be heard from again. I never truly had an explanation of what caused it because my account was also in perfect health with INFORM verification completed months before. I suspect it was something that had changed in my banking payouts ACH from 24 hrs changed to 3-5 days. My INFORM verification address had changed from in USA to outside USA, which changed how they viewed my US based bank account. Or at least that's what I think. But I have no correlation evidence to confirm. I eventually found a direct email to the payments department via Google and told them that they were on the verge of putting me out of business unless I got paid. I can't post it here or this message will be deleted. Suddenly, my Account Level Reserve changed and I got paid the next cycle. Good luck to you. Just know, once it crosses 90 days, you can sue.
