Amazon account risk of deactivation

My Amazon account is at risk of deactivation because they want me to update/confirm my tax info. But when I try to input my business address (again), there is no option to choose the United States as the country where my business operates in.

So they threaten to deactivate my account but wont provide a way to comply with their requests.

It's a glitch; Amazon is aware of the issue and is working on it.

I understand you are experiencing issues with the verification request in regards to the INFORM Consumer Act which requires sellers' information to updated and verified by June 27th, 2023.

We know that sellers have been experiencing issues with the Tax Questionnaire, and we apologize for the confusion this has caused. An error occurred where US sellers were asked to submit a new Tax Questionnaire as part of requirements for the INFORM Act. If your business is registered in the US, we have already verified your Tax information and we do not need you to fill this questionnaire out again. We will update your Account Health page and Account Information page to reflect this in the coming days.

Please continue to provide further updates or issues as it relates to this process here.

Thank you for your understanding,

Stevie
