Please note that if the boxed unit has perforated sides or openings, the product must pass a 3-foot drop test, consisting of one drop on each side, and one drop on a corner. If the product does not pass the drop test, it must be placed in a poly bag with a suffocation warning. If you haven't done so already, please check out this help page for packaging and prep requirements.

Now, if you do think that your product was incorrectly denied, I would recommend opening a case with Seller Support so that team can assist you more directly with this. Once you open that case, please send me the case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence and provide additional assistance if needed!
