How long until I am able to be featured offer on FBM?

I started selling on Amazon about 8 months ago, I've done over $200K in sales since then and at the beginning it was primarily FBM. I received a a single 1 star review out of 200+ products shipped due to USPS having delays in getting the package delivered. This completely disabled my ability to be featured offer around March and I have since had to only use FBA for selling. Amazon support will not remove the review even though it was out of my control and resulted as a fault with USPS which I purchased through them (Policy shows that these should be cancelled out)

When can I expect to be able to sell with FBM again? Getting through bots on support is almost impossible and even when you do no one can give a straight answer. My account is in a healthy state. This has been pretty detrimental for my ability to receive my funds back from my sold items to re-invest as FBA takes almost a month from shipping the item to getting paid for it. Has anyone gone through this that has a timeline for when they re-enabled featured offer on their account, or is there anyone that is not a bot or low level support that could assist me with this?

Thanks for posting to the Forums. In order to look into this, you will need to provide your most recent case ID and the ASINs you would like to be included under the Featured Offer Eligibility. Once you provide those details, I'll look into the matter with our partner team.
