A lot of new accounts have reserves and they can stay on the accounts for months/years.

Some has to do with how many orders there are and how much money is involved in sales.

Your account health generally has little to do with how soon Amazon will loosen the reserves -- or if they will loosen them at all.

It's just one more feature on Amazon that new sellers don't discover unless they spend hours -- lots of hours -- reading the Forum and studying Seller U.

Since you appear to be brand new, just buckle up and wear protective gear. It can be a rough ride on here.

AND spend lots of time on Seller U.....

Hello @Seller_lr0i1aPPIRZo1,

Thank you for reaching out. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.

During periods of high sales, it is also normal to see the majority of funds go into the reveres to cover claims, returns, etc. The extended return period has ended, so you should see disbursements if there are no other issues with your account.

Would you please share the most recent seller support case ID in this thread.

Cheers,

Micah
