No pick up from Amazon ATS team

This is a very bad experience for me. There is a problem with the ATS nobody is coming to pick up the order and also one of my order got cancelled due to same reason, there are other orders in the pipeline which no action is taken by them. Amazon seller support is also not helping me they are saying that your maybe your order will be picked up in next slot which is not done and now they are saying they are escalating the order to the higher team with top most priority and then they close the case. they also can’t provide me with the pick up guy number so that i could contact with him.

This actually happened with me last Sunday. Don’t delay to inform Amazon team.They will provide to proper assistance.
I complained them about the ATS team and they sorted out my issue in quick time.

make sure after talking to seller central mail to seller performance or no action would be taken against them and your matrix will be affected
