Fix Your Products

Hello - our books sometimes are in this catagory and it is impossible to "fix" the listing as the title doesn't show. Can you help me understand how to manage these listings and get them online for sale?

Thanks for reaching out. Do you have a Seller Support case that I can look at? If you don't have a case, please start here and let me know if you need help after they investigate. Ensure when you create a case that you provide all the information they need to investigate, including the product information, title, UPC, brand, SKU etc, link to the manufacturers website and screenshots of the error that you are seeing. This will help expedite the investigation as they won't have to go back and ask you for this information. Once they have completed their investigation, if you still need help, please provide me with the case ID so I can take a look.
