Brand registry. Status ineligible
Hi. Please, help me. I did the process for Brand Registry but the result was Ineligible.
This is an established USA brand with a history of over 15 years.
When I try to enroll this brand again, I see the phrase: that the application for 111111 is currently under review.
This status has been showing since October 16th. Case ID 16486561401.
When I applied, I selected multiple countries.
Can it be limited to the USA only?
I want to enroll my brand in Amazon.
Can someone from Amazon help me?

Hello @Seller_CIqQm9b6sn23s,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can assist. The reason you cannot submit another Brand Registry application is because of the status of your current application. In order to enroll the brand, you have to successfully appeal via your current appeal case ID 16486561401.
Brand Registry is global and to enroll, you just need to mee the requirements listed on the Amazon Brand Registry help page. That being said, Intellectual Property rights can only be enforced in the stores country where you have a registered TM.
I am not able to provide any additional information than the 6 potential reasons for appeal rejection that you have received. Since you mentioned you applied in multiple countries, does that mean you have multiple TM's in various countries or that you have selling accounts in different countries?
If it is the latter, those same 6 potential reasons do apply to ALL your accounts (if they are different and/or not merged). If the former applies to you, focus on just 1 country for enrollment. After the brand is enrolled you can connect the other TM's. Instructions are on the Add additional trademarks to your brand help page.
Please let me know if I can provide further assistance or if you have any other questions.
Best, Dougal
