My listing has been hijacked by multiple sellers, and I have gone so far as to report the hijacker to Amazon, paid a third party to get them removed, sent crease and dissist letters, and have purchased their "products". The problem is that the shipping is a few weeks out and I basically am waiting weeks until I eventually receive nothing but an empty box. Meanwhile, I am losing the buy box and customers are losing the opportunity to buy a legit product from a legit American company. The product says "made in America", so how can their counterfeit product be made in America if it is coming from a Chinese factory?? Also, I make my product in house, don't sell anywhere but Amazon and have never sold wholesale or in large enough quantities for these sellers to be selling my actual product. Yet Amazon is not helping me in any way and keep closing my brand cases. I am waiting for my trademark to be approved.
