Can Anyone Help!!!!!!!!!

There are 60 pcs goods is stuck in their warehouses and I need an actual Amazon employee that can help me. How do I get ahold of actual USA employees?

I opened cases since this Febuary, but until today I can't receive possitive answer from Amazon support team. They asked me to wait.
