Amazon has imprisoned me, I can't close my account
10 years selling on Amazon.
Millions in sales.
Last sale 9 months ago.
Can't close my account because of a removal order for one item that has been in pending status for over 8 months.
I have openned multiple cases and get the same run around.
This item is obviously lost but there is nothing I can do.

Hi @Seller_deyaWjZZr5kFi, this sounds really frustrating! Have you spoken to Seller Support? If so, what are the most recent case IDs? I would be happy to take a look.
