Replacement and return help.
Replacement is required. The customer was supposed to return the "wrong or damaged" product right? Is this Amazon's new way to give customers free stuff? Does the replacement have to be shipped without the first scan of the customer's returns, and where are the customer returns? That's it? Two products for the price of one?

Amazon updated the replacement program to require the seller to ship the replacement before the original one is scanned as being returned. If the buyer doesn't return the original one, they are supposed to be charged after 30 days. At least this is my understanding, thankfully I haven't had any replacement requests since this new updated version of the program came out.

I said the same thing when I first read about the new replacement thing. They will get to keep the first one, and get another. Awesome!
Also... I rec'd a correspondence saying that they didn't get the package, but it shows delivered and would like a replacement. I checked all over, there was no way I could put the new tracking #, so I sent it to them, & realized, I bet they are going to put a claim in, after getting the 2nd. I had this happen before.
Lo & behold, they got the new package, and then put an A to Z claim in, and Amazon paid it. They did not deduct it from my $$, but they gave them the money back for it, no knowing I shipped another. I still am out one.
This is the 2nd and last time I fall for this again, but yes, they get 2 for the price of one. No more replacements. File a claim, and buy another, its what I would have to do. Karma will get those scammers, it always does.
