Hi @Seller_nIWEgVBoDgGNS,

For documentation, you'll need test reports from an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory showing compliance with ANSI/CAN/UL 2272 standard. You can find this requirement in the "Products that you can sell under our policy" section here: E-mobility devices policy

The same help page also lists the required documentation under "You must submit the following documentation":

  • Test reports from the accredited laboratory
  • Images showing your model/part number
  • Manufacturer/brand name
  • Product labels
  • Compliance markings
  • Hazard warnings
  • Product instructions and manuals (these need to be in Spanish for Mexico)

For your product images, I'd recommend checking out the "Main product images" section here: Product image requirements. The key requirements include:

  • Pure white background (RGB: 255, 255, 255)
  • Product should fill about 85% of the image
  • No text, logos, borders, or watermarks
  • Show the complete product without cropping
  • Only include accessories that come with the purchase

If you need any help getting the compliance certifications, Amazon offers a Service Provider Network that can assist with testing and audits. You can find this information in the "Compliance services" section of the e-mobility devices policy page.

Hope this helps!
