FBA shipments no longer say "delivered"... instead they say...

FBA shipments no longer say "delivered", but instead say "Pickup shipments are successfully transported and accepted by Fulfillment center."

Which means that UPS delivered it to Amazon, but of course my dashboard says that it's in transit.

And I assume it will say that until Amazon "checks is" the shipment....

And because it never gets the "delivered" status, I will not have any "proof" of theft to argue 3 months from now when Amazon claims that they haven't received it....

Hi @Seller_rMfC1OWAKWYWf,

This should have no impact on your ability to reconcile shipments if in the future that is needed. If this is an LTL or FTL shipment you will need the following:

  • Proof of delivery, which, for LTL or FTL shipments, will be the bill of lading showing
  • the number of boxes in the shipment
  • the total weight when picked up by the carrier
  • an Amazon stamp confirming the shipment was received and signed for at the fulfillment center

As long as you have that, this should be no issue.

Best,

Dominic
