Food Supplement - Product Compliance Requests continually rejected

by Seller_6JApCZXvuALA9

So, we've launched our brand, have registered with Brand Registery, got our pack images sorted and then, with no thanks to Amazon Compliance Team, it's all ground to a halt for ASIN: B0CWZ8BRWQ

We've supplied our Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate together with images of the front and back of product packing, all of which has been checked over by an ex Trading Standards Officer and deemed to be fully compliant with UK and EU legislation.

But, guess what? Yes, REJECTED due to incorrect documentation. No other reasons given so how on earth are we supposed to kick start our brand when we cannot even get past the Amazon BOTS?

They say they want to help brands grow but how about starting things off by helping them to get their compliant products in front of your customers.

Seller Central are simply not fit for purpose so just where does a brand owner go?

Would be good to actually get some help from anyone at Amazon at this point.

Pretty sure you need an EU address on the product to sell on Amazon (may have changed but definitely used to be the case)

Hello @Seller_6JApCZXvuALA9,

Thank you for getting in touch.

According to the Food supplement requirements for the UK help page on Amazon Seller Central, it's necessary to provide information from the product labels rather than images.

Additionally, all food supplement labels must be in English. Have you had the chance to review this information?

Regards, Ezra
