Pro/Con of Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)
My company currently uses FBA to fulfill Amazon orders and a 3PL to fulfill website orders. We are considering moving to MCF (Amazon fulfills both FBA orders and website orders) and seek feedback from people who have gone down the MCF path.
We have good understanding of the of the positives but want to make sure we understand the negatives including 1. lack of access to a human when you need help, 2. controlling interaction with our customer for website orders 3. how returns are handled, 4. concern about Amazon having even more of our data.
Have you tried MCF? What is your experience?

We currently use it via the Buy with Prime program and really like it. The fees were less than what we were paying from ground shipping so it worked out. I would compare the fees of MCF to your 3PL to see if they are comparable.
