Feedback from non customer - How is this still a thing
Can somebody explain why amazon still allows people who have never ordered from you to leave reviews on products they do not own. Usually somebody will say something about the actual product even if they didnt buy it just to be a troll. However what about when somebody says the product must be fake because they think theres only one review and its 5 stars. The product had (3) 5 star ratings with one full review , but now its 3.7 rating we cross checked and there name also is not in our database either.
There "Review of racing stripes for a camaro" has nothing to do with the product and is just some made up non sense

Now the listing has 4 Global Ratings , So the score is effected and this person clearly is trouble, why are they allowed to review it makes no sense.

Yes this is bad. MAYBE you have some chance opening a case because actually this is NOT a product review but a comment about the reviews. But don't have to big hopes that Amazon will remove it.
That sounds like it is somebody who knows you and who wants to hurt you. OR a competitor. If it was a competitor, the system will identify him in some months and suspend his account. Don't think too much about it. Just don't use friends, family or any other grey methods to gain reviews and ratings.
Btw it is showing up as "Currently unavailable".

maybe someone bought it as a gift and the recipient of the gift wasn't happy with it. Just a thought. They could have been the person leaving the review.

it sounds like this buyer might have ordered several things from his shopping cart. Including your product, then posted a review in the wrong place. And it will stay there permanently.

Yeah, I also have the same issue.
I tried to send a case to ask for deleting one specific negative review without verified purchase. But it didn't work.
Just with the time going, have some positive reviews to have the bad one sink to the bottom of the linking. Only thing is just it really takes a long time.

It can be worse.
You can get a Verified Purchase review from a person who bought you product only to cancel it a minute later, never got the product, and still is allowed to leave a Verified review.
Not sure it is even legal but it is allowed. This is what I am fighting with right now. And it is my only review. And this sucks.

Yeah, I also have the same issue.
An anonymous user left the same review on 3 different links, 2 different sellers, at the same time.
Very obvious acts of malicious competition.
Amazon, however, just can't see it.

This has happened to me with quite a few of my listings and I don't know why Amazon allows it either! I had a troll do this and it is very frustrating. I tried to report it. But Amazon did nothing.
