How does one get listed in "Find nearby eyecare providers" for Amazon Smart Glasses

Does anybody know how to be listed as a provider of prescriptions for the Amazon Smart Glasses?

For example, on https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D325MBZR there is a link to "Find nearby eyecare providers".

When you click on that list, we would like to be included as a nearby eyecare provider when a zip code near us is input.

Many of the listed providers are _NOT_ merchants on the Amazon Marketplace.
