Amazon will provide you with the address after you create your shipping plan. There are fulfillment centers all over the country; Amazon will decide where your shipment is needed.
It sounds like you are a new seller; I highly suggest you spend a few weeks studying; there is a lot to learn in order to be compliant and follow policy. Amazon is very strict; make sure you know what you are doing so it doesn't end up costing you.
