Can you please look at this case also of ours. They have left a feedback for someone else. They left the feedback 2 days after they bought our item and the item was still in the shipping process. Sadly, feedback needs to be neither true, nor logical, nor for the correct order. Under policy, neither of these will qualify for removal. You are not the first to post this, there are a few every week....

Your best bet is to reach out to the customer, explain the problem and ask them to remove it. Sometimes they will, sometimes they won't. It's one of those bugaboo problems with the feedback system on Amazon.

This happens to us more times than not.
We simply post a public reply to the feedback stating that they left the feedback for the wrong item.
Although Amazon doesn't do anything at least there's a public response from us so other buyers can see.

It is there to stay and the Reps cannot have it removed. Just make sure you respond, setting things straight.
Often, but this does not sound like this fits your situation, scamming buyers do this on purpose. Often saying worse things abouit the product you actually send. They are hoping that you will refund the payment in full for them removing the feedback.

It's unfortunate that Amazon puts "policy" in front of logic for the sake of "community". I would think ensuring the removal of grossly inaccurate and false information about a product would be best for the community, but clearly, Amazon doesn't agree. As absurd, inaccurate or outright un-true as the feedback may be, there is nothing you can do to have it removed. Godspeed.
