Amazon refund buyer A-Z claim item marked as deliveried but buyer not received
Three item were sent to buyer in one parcel by royal mail sign for service which was bought from Amazon buy shipping service. The item was signed and deliveried according to the tracking information. Buyer emailed and said that she did not receive it. I contacted royal mail, they confirmed the parcel was deliveried to the right address and the GPS showed that the parcel was deliveried in the right address. Buyer made a A-Z claim and Amazon refund the buyer from my seller account. Is anyone can help this case ? Order ID :203-7933323-3622702

Send the customer the details of the delivery, including proof of signature, GPS etc. However, was it one order for 3 items, or did they order 3 items separately ? - If ordered separately, then they probably should have been sent separately, and the customer is maybe making the claim for separate parcels ?
Sounds like they could be someone who knows how to play the system.

Hello @Seller_5kLjyrK3Omaix,
I am sharing this article with you: Use Buy Shipping services.
A-to-z Guarantee claims: If you purchase Amazon’s Buy Shipping and dispatch on time, you are protected against A-to-z claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Those claims will not affect your Order Defect Rate but you are still responsible for the financial loss of these claims.
If your ODR was affected I can look into it for you.
Please let me know.
Regards, Spencer
