Making sense of the Inventory Ledger report

I sent a shipment to Amazon of 60 units. Amazon says they got the box, but there were only 3 units in there. I've been going back and forth with them and can't get them to admit they lost my stuff. I finally learned how to use the Inventory Ledger, which I've posted below with the relevant columns and data.

I sent the shipment in on 11/8. They received it on 11/12. On 11/12 the Inventory Ledger says 60 "receipts". Then on 11/13, 11/14 and 11/15 it shows the Warehouse Start Balance as 60. Then on 11/15 it also shows -57 in the "Receipts" column. On 11/16 it shows I now only have 3 units in the warehouse

I KNOW I sent them 60 units. It's crazy that they say they got the box, but only 3 units in it. Am I reading this Ledger Report correctly in that they themselves claim they had 60 units for a couple days there before they changed it?

I'm at my wits end. They lost over $1,100 worth of product and they just keep sending me form letters when I start a case about it.

I see that you open a case with our Seller Support Department, number ending on x9761 on which they requested some information in order to proceed with the appropriate research/investigation.

My suggestion is to follow up with them and if needed open a new case directly with them.
