RETURNS - Provide Customer with USPS Pre-Paid shipping label is NOT POSSIBLE
I'm trying to generate a pre-paid return shipping label for a customer but USPS is making this impossible.
I'm Canadian but USPS only allows US Billing addresses and credit cards (they must match). I can't pay with PayPal either for the same reason. I have never some up against a wall like this ever - any advice?

Is the cost of the item too big to just take the hit and refund them?

Try using another postage vendor--Stamps.com or Pirate Ship (which is free). or a similar Canada-based postage vendor.
