they stranded my products, and when i click request approval i get this message

yes! They have been randomly flagging many non pesticide products as pesticides. Most recent one
is a cat litter mat. I entered a case on November 13th and have received NO response from seller support. Not a peep. They did remove the violation and the product (they also shipped from Amazon). Oddly the same mat is available in a different color and it’s available. can’t make this stuff up. Amazon bots are poorly programmed. If any mods are reading please review case ID 14292106241
