I have received a Suspected Intellectual Property Violations stating Miss-use of trademark.

The brand which I am selling is not directly available in India. Currently they are working as importer & distributor basis. I procure my product directly from importer & have invoice of that. As a proof I could only produce this.

But here amazon is saying that I have missuse the trademark and are only asking for brand authorisation. As that brand is not directly available in India, so it don't give authorisation to anyone. In this case getting brand authorisation is not at all possible.

Please anyone help me out to deal with this issue.
