My listing not visible in buyer portal
Hello Sellers,
Our Listing is not visible in buyer portral and we receive orders only by ads and did not get any organic sales for past two days, Even the product BSR Value is under 5000 and in amazon choice also visbile in 1st page with top products but not visbile in even 10th page, also to repeated buyer the product is visible but for new buyers it is not visible, not only one listing all the listing is not visibile and it is not inactive, search suppressed and seller support also says there it no issue but it may affected in technical issue and search algorithm. Does any other face the problem.

Regional Visibility tag has been applied to your account and your listing will only be visible in region or adjoining PIN codes where the goods are located. There is no fix to this. Get registered in other amazon clusters to fix this issue.

Yes i am facing it for past 3 months we have top ranked products in office items but getting sales from ads only. not even visible in any page if we stops ad. but new seller created listing it is visible in 1st page. contacted seller support but receiving same automated message

Maybe consider changing keywords in your listings. Try putting relevent keywords not just in the Keyword section but in description, bullet points and title section also. There are youtube videos on how to find relevent keywords for free!
