Brand Registry Stuck in Pending Review

I hope you are doing well. I am stuck in a very critical situation. My Brand Registry Application is showing pending review and when i am check the case id section it showing "Your case cannot be reopened. If you need help with an issue, please please contact us". and also i can not reach to brand registry support because i do not have any registered bran please help me get out of this critical situation. please accept or reject my application.
