In transit cases raised for seller reply
We've been receiving buyer messages asking where the parcel is. We have already despatched these parcels and the parcel is stuck in transit. Why does amazon raise such buyer messages to the seller? Should it not be resolved by ATS team? How can we track and resolve in transit delays? We are worried this will result in negative feedback and a wrong impression on the buyer that the seller is wrong however there is no fault of ours that we understand in this. Could you please clarify what kind of message it is? Could you share a screenshot (remember to remove any personal data)?
Also, which shipping method are you using - self shipping or Easy Ship?
