Get EAN under my control

I now have my brand registered in Brand registry, I had not managed to lock down other sellers creating listings using my EAN's so I have a number of pre-existing listings that I have no control over, I want to either gain control or have them added back to my Vendor acc, is there a simple process to ask and claim back control of all listings using my EAN's thanks.....

Same happened to us. Seller support told us the only option was to relist all items with new EANs, or live with it.

Obviously we lost all reviews and rankings and sales plummeted for a while. It makes me so angry that there seems to be nothing you can do

If you have your own GS1 EAN codes and your own packaging then your 1st step, I would have thought, would be to do a test purchase. If you're doing the brand thing correctly and when any items arrive they should not have your packaging or your barcode, if this is so you have grounds for a counterfeit claim as they are, presumably not the same as your items. Nothing get items removed quicker than a fake claim

Two important questions. Is the item already in your own Manage Inventory? And has the other seller used the exact correct Brand Name for your product? It is usually possible for you to gain control by going through the 'I have one to sell' process. If you do that then the item will appear in your own inventory. You can then contact Brand Registry and tell them that you are the brand owner of this product. A process then follows. Don't know if this applies to your situation or if it helps but good luck anyway!
