Transparency email
Hi, I'm new to Amazon FBA and recently received an email from Amazon 'Transparency' saying that serial numbers are required for one of my products. The email goes on to say that this particular FBA product will be marked as 'unfulfillable' in Seller Central, after which I need to create a removal order. However, it looks like 5 of the products have already sold, and the other 5 are 'reserved', so when I go into Manage Inventory, Edit to try to create a removal order, I can't enter the amount of units to remove. The box just says n/a and is greyed out. Can anyone help please?

Hello,
The units may be being sent to a separate fulfilment centre, still being processed or have automatically been sent back to you.
You will be able to get them back, wait 24-48 hours and have a look at your unfulfillable inventory again.
It is odd how the system has allowed you to create the item in your catalogue without submitting 5 valid transparency codes... either that, or the owner of the brand has only just submitted to use transparency.
