LTL Delivery Appointment Changed After Driver is At Location
The FC notified our carrier (ArcBest) that they needed to reschedule the appointment, however they have not given our carrier (ArcBest) a new appointment day or hour.
What should our carrier do in this case? They are stuck with this load halfway across the country and Amazon cancelled the appointment and has not yet issued a new appointment.
