Beware of RDU4 warehouse
All my shipments were received in full (no missing items). My Inbound Performance is excellent 0.0% defect
Then my items disappearing RIGHT BEFORE Status changes to " closed". And all in the same Wearhouse
Shipment FBA187J8QMNN, 585A1FWK on Aug 9, 2024 -- 1 item stolen --RDU4 warehouse
Shipment FBA187R39YPZ, 2N5847XF on Aug 15, 2024 -- all 70 items stolen --RDU4 warehouse
Shipment FBA188B9DK33, 8IG7QQSQ on Aug 23, 2024 -- 1 item stolen --RDU4 warehouse
How with 0.0% defect rate I have a missing items in my shipment? Can Amazon explain this? They loosing them in warehouses transfers? Or just dropping them on a floor? I opened three cases. 15938368161, 15965938921, 15965959441. I am sure this is is waste of my time and I lost about $1000 in inventory, but I will post "progress" of those cases. And with the first case 15938368161 I sent all proof I have - every paper and screenshot, but they asked me to send a proof?!?! They definitely don't read (or can't....?) my message.

I’ve had 90 items checked in status since July 10th and then three extensions to investigate. It’s that creeping feeling they’re lost, Amazon suspects they’re lost and they’re not going to lift a finger about it.

I am glad to tell all items found except 1 from Shipment FBA188B9DK33. I am hopeful they will find it too.
