Should i post two orders seperately to the same buyer?
Hi all,
I have had a customer purchase two mobile phones from me. Would it be risky to send both in one parcel for tracking purposes? I have a nasty feeling it would be easy for a customer to claim that only one had arrived and open an A-Z claim. A lot of people are trying their luck lately and it is costing me.
I have no gripe whatsoever paying for two lots of postage & in fact, would probably feel more comfortable doing so.. However, it of course doesn't make much sense & i wouldn't really want the customer to receive the phones at different times or even potentially different dates.
Can anybody suggest to me the most sensible way to handle this order?

2 separate orders should be sent separately with their own tracking reference numbers, never ,never send multiple orders in 1 package unless your are happy to refund one when the customer claims only one was received. This is common sense

small low value post together and take metrics hit if your doing enough numbers. Mobile phone 2 seperate postages fully tracked and signed.
