FEEDBACK REMOVAL OF A PRODUCT REVIEW ON SELLER FEEDBACK
I have a product review on my seller feedback page, when i go to request removal it amazon does not seem to recognize the it being a product review for some reason. I contacted seller support to try to remove it but they said they can not help. also i have been reading on forums that was a bad thing to do? here is the review.
"The wig was advertising as 4/30 and I receive a 1b/27"
Amazon only removes feedback in the following cases:
The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
The feedback includes seller-specific personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names or telephone numbers.
The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, "The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget."
I believe the review falls into the 3rd category and but amazons system does not seem to recognize it? case id : 14715582281 Sadly i lost Add to cart button and it counted to our performance because of this. looking for help! thanks!

That not a product review. "The wig was too heavy/to short/to fake looking bla bla those are product reviews.
this customer complained because they didn't get what they purchased, stating that information in your listing is wrong, or you shipped them the wrong product.
