EC Declaration of Conformity question - packaging
Hi all,
We've been requested by Amazon to provide the EC Declaration of Conformity, which is no problem - we've been selling EVA Foam mats in the UK for some time and are familiar with this. We sell FBM, with our own brand and a GTIN exemption.
The question I was wondering was regarding the evidence required for packaging. We sell 4 different colours of the same EVA Foam interlocking floor mats, in 7 different quantities (28 variations altogether).
It looks like Amazon is requesting I attach an image of the packaging for each of these - Are we required to have different packaging especially designed for each variation? We have standard packaging with our company name and registered address, etc on. Adding the CE mark once approved for this particular brand is also fine. However having 28 different bits of packaging could prove a bit problematic!
Has anyone had any similar experiences here, or can anyone shine some light on this at all? I was even wondering if we'd be able to add some kind of adhesive label to the boxes to cover each bit of packaging, or if it has to be 'printed on the box directly'?
Thanks a lot for any insight, it's gratefully appreciated :)
