So these pickups are based on your operating hours that can be found in your Send to Amazon workflow:

To provide/update operating hours:

• In Step 1 of Send to Amazon workflow click Ship from another address.
• Find the location you want to add/update operating hours. If adding a new address click Add Contact.
• Click the Operating Hours tab.
• Provide the hours of operations under each day of the week your site is open to schedule a pickup request or click the check box under Open 24 Hours.
• Add Time Range allows for additional timeframes your site is open per day.
• Click Save and Close.
