we observed pickup person Manipulating of the seller return packet by shifting return slot and tracking ids to diffrent pick person this way otp remains same for both person returns so if share otp to one person for some number of return packet , other packet of same otp also done " return to seller " even without phycally returning you all of packet .

note they can also add or remove some return packet traking if from his id and partily shift to other if you share otp with one person , other person also got done his return without giving you half your packet .

Do not share OTP with the DA. As per Amazon policy, once the DA has scanned all the returns, ask the device and enter the OTP by yourself. You are not supposed to tell the OTP to the DA. This way other person returns will not be marked as delivered.
The easy way would have been to reset the OTP once it has been used but somehow Amazon is reluctant to do that. Not sure what is the technical difficulties.

While entering OTP, you can see on the top, how many packets are returned. Without having a look at that, please don’t enter the OTP. And never reveal the OTP to the DA. You enter it yourself after checking the number of packages returned. The OTP is the same throughout the day.

Yes, there is no need to share OTP, if you are sharing OTP then you as a seller is at fault. Also, ensure that the return is scanned in front of you and not before the delivery person has reached you and asking you to enter the OTP.
