Brand Approval brand already registered?

Hello everyone,

I was in the process of getting brand approval for my brand name. I have checked all the common places which everyone advises to check before picking a brand name and I did NOT see it listed by anyone else, yet amazon tells me otherwise. I am just starting my business and do not have the funding to go straight for brand registry, which is why I am starting off with Brand Approval. I do see my brand name listed in the "Brand Aliases" tab on my seller central menu. Does that mean that I have the rights to the name and maybe amazon's system is finding the name as registered but it's because I'm the one who "registered" it?

They are allowing me to use my brand name but they are telling me to use it as it is already registered on amazon. There was an internal team that was suppose to reach out to me to provide more details but I did not hear anything back. Can someone from amazon have a look at my case ID and check into this for me?
