REIMBURSEMENT ISSUED AND REVERSED WITHOUT REPLACEMENT
Hello Amazon Mods,
A reimbursement issued to me was reversed without Amazon replacing the unit, it seems very absurd. I had to contact Amazon customer care again, and they said that they had reissued the reimbursement, which I do not believe.
Please why would Amazon remove the reimbursement in the first place without replacing the item?
I have been contacting the SS and they haven't been helping with the issue.
Please Amazon Mods assist, I asked them to show me where on my inventory ledger the unit was replaced, but they could not.

I am in the same situation, they reversed the reimbursement, but I did not receive the missing inventory.

Same issue, they retracted my full reimbursement six days later, but SS is not helpful with a resolution. They simply reply with a Reimbursement # which is old and outdated if six days later they retract it all with 29 different Reimbursement #'s (one for each FNSKU). I resubmitted my claim (4th time now) with a file of them taking all of the money back. They have not replenished any of the items to sale. So I will continue to request reimbursement.

Are each of you still experiencing this issue with reimbursements for items lost or damaged at an FBA facility?
For these reversed reimbursements, has the inventory been updated?
Please be sure to check your FBA Inventory details to check if the inventory was found and is being transferred between warehouses or otherwise being prepared for sale.
