I have had my account restricted due to ongoing issues with my account being connected to another seller. Upon investigation, 40 other sellers were restricted in July 2021 due to the same issue with the same seller. Clearly, this is an Amazon software digital error.

After failing to get support, I reached out to the CMA, the competition and marketing authority. They have a new division called the DMU (digital marketing unit). As of next year, the government has given them authority to intervene on our behalf and investigate and enforce all these issues. Just google them.

The email is available just put it for the attention of the DMU in the subject header. I hope this helps
