Yes, it's correct. Normally an order received on a Friday - a standard order rather than Seller Fulfilled Prime or some other Amazon shipping program - will have Monday and Tuesday, July 3rd and 4th as ship by dates. Because of the Holiday, it will extend to the day after the Holiday.
It might change a bit if you adjust your handling times in your shipping settings.
That said, there is no reason you have to wait that long to ship anything. It's always a good practice to ship within 24 hours - or 48hrs over a weekend.

Hi @Seller_IduMlXFQxtICJ,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. This link: Manage Holiday Settings, should help provide some great insight into your question!
Seller Central contains a set of predefined public holidays. When estimating shipping date and delivery date, public holidays do not count as operating days. Therefore, if an estimated shipping date or delivery date falls on a public holiday, Holiday Settings will push the shipping or delivery date to the next operating day. Sellers who wish to keep handling and fulfilling customer orders on public holidays may override these predefined public holidays and have them count as operating days using the Holiday Settings widget in Seller Central.
Best,
Dominic
